OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Our Operations Director, Capt. Srikanth Chandrasekaran holds a degree in Engineering and has extensive global experience as a pilot, aviation trainer, flight instructor, manager, and consultant in the aviation industry. He has gained over 15 years of professional experience working in multiple countries and various domains within the aviation sector. His primary expertise lies in aviation training. He has personally trained over 300 multinational aviators and led teams of aviation professionals from multiple bases to collectively train more than 1000 multicultural students from across the globe.
Leveraging his diverse experiences, he has served as a key consultant for several aviation startups and has played a pivotal role in standardizing operations for established aviation companies. His intervention has been instrumental in the successful expansion and enhancement of their operations across multiple verticals.
With these exposures, he will not only be heading our entire aviation operation of but also the developer and implementer of quality control and safety management systems. He would also be monitoring evaluating the processes to ensure compliance with highest standards.
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Our Finance Director, Er. Kathiresh S. K. holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Anna University and he has also obtained Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He commenced his professional journey as an Assistant Manager for Operations and Maintenance within the manufacturing sector of a prominent Dubai-based organization, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and rose to the position of General Manager.
Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience gained in the construction and manufacturing industries, he established an Indian-based construction company in 2013 and successfully expanded its operations to Dubai. His international exposure further propelled him into the manufacturing industry and international gold trading, where he demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial acumen.
Currently, Er. Kathiresh S. K. holds the esteemed position of Chief Financial Officer of five multinational companies. With his profound expertise in finance and accounting, he plays a pivotal role in budgeting, fundraising, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. His primary objective is to ensure the judicious utilization of the organization's financial resources, thereby contributing to its overall success and sustainability.
